The book introduces as a coherent whole most of the content of contemporary trade theory. I believe it is the book that is used in most graduate classes. However, it is not excessively (although graduate level!) technical. Moreover, it does not read as a "course", in the sense that you can read units separately. It is also well written.What I would have appreciated: a better connection, that in my view is present in academic work, with empirical work (the book mostly present theoretical models)
Essential book for international trade. Good for learning purpose and reference.
Best ``Advanced'' International Trade book! And this updated 2nd edition was much needed.
